The history of the Landings in Normandy

One sometimes forget that the Landings did not end on the beaches of Arromanches or Omaha Beach. A terrible battle followed between the 6th June and the 29th August 1944, during which the outcome of the Second World War was decided. With 2300 sqm of floorspace, the museum of the Battle of Normandy go back over three months of conflict with a display of military equipment and a description of the battle, step by step.
